Consultation scope
Before accepting organizational consultation, Helyx and the client should define the objectives, deliverables, timeline, fees, confidentiality, ownership of work product, recording and reuse rights, and whether follow-up is included. Organizational consultation does not create a clinician-patient relationship with the organization’s employees, attendees, or members.
Recording, materials, and intellectual property
Written permission should be obtained before recording, streaming, transcribing, reproducing, or distributing a presentation. The agreement should identify who owns slides, handouts, recordings, and newly created materials and what uses are licensed.
Clinical and emergency limitations
Presentations and workplace programs provide education, not diagnosis, treatment, crisis assessment, or individualized medical advice. Event organizers should establish their own procedures for participants who request personal clinical help or disclose an urgent concern.
