General Questions

For nonclinical questions, contact the administrative team at (415) 275-0092. Response times may vary, and submitting multiple requests through different channels can delay routing.

Emergencies and Urgent Concerns

Helyx Health is an outpatient practice and does not monitor website forms, email, text messages, or portal messages continuously. Do not use these channels for an emergency.

If you may harm yourself or someone else, call 911, call or text 988, or go to the nearest emergency department. For an urgent medical concern, contact an appropriate medical professional or emergency service.
