Welcome to Helyx Health

Choose the Type of Care You Need

You do not need to know your diagnosis before contacting Helyx Health. Tell us about the main concern you want to address, and our team can help determine which service may be appropriate.

Request an Appointment

Submit an appointment request or contact the care coordination team. We may ask about your primary concern, age, location, preferred service, scheduling needs, and insurance information.

An appointment request is not a confirmed appointment. The team will review current clinician availability and whether the requested service fits the clinician’s scope before offering scheduling options.

Complete the Intake Process

Before the first appointment, patients may be asked to complete registration, clinical history, consent, financial-policy, insurance, and privacy forms. Requirements differ by service.

Complete all required documents by the deadline provided by the practice. If paperwork is incomplete, the appointment may need to be released or rescheduled. Your exact deadline is given in your scheduling communications rather than published here.

Insurance and Payment Information

Insurance participation varies by clinician and service. Coverage depends on the patient’s plan, benefits, medical necessity, authorization requirements, and how the service is billed. Verification of benefits is not a guarantee of payment.

Helyx Health will explain known fees and billing arrangements before scheduling. Patients remain responsible for understanding their benefits and applicable cost-sharing.

Prepare for Your First Visit

Have an identification document, insurance card if applicable, medication and supplement list, and relevant treatment information available. Additional records may be requested for psychiatry, sleep medicine, or neuropsychological evaluation.

Urgent and Emergency Needs

Helyx Health is an outpatient practice and does not provide emergency services. If you may act on thoughts of suicide or harm, cannot remain safe, or face another immediate emergency, call 911, call or text 988, or go to the nearest emergency department.
