Meet Dr. Mara Stewart, Post-doctoral Fellow at Helyx Health in Beverly Hills, Palo Alto, and San Francisco, CA

Dr. Mara Stewart earned her BS in psychology from Dartmouth College, and her MS in psychology and PsyD in clinical psychology from the University of La Verne. She completed her predoctoral internship at the University of Southern California.

Dr. Mara Stewart has over ten years of experience in the mental health field. Prior to joining Helyx Health, she worked as a therapist at the University of Southern California, providing therapy to undergraduate and graduate students, including many international students. Dr. Mara Stewart enjoys working with adults, and she currently sees clients in person in San Francisco and via
telehealth throughout California.

Dr. Mara Stewart is passionate about supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, self-esteem concerns, adjustment challenges, and relational difficulties. She is also interested in mind-body approaches and multicultural concerns, and is committed to creating inclusive, affirming therapeutic spaces.
