In her role, Krysta oversees operations, shapes the practice’s culture, supports patients and providers, and leads ongoing efforts to improve workflows and enhance the care experience. She is deeply committed to breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health and ensuring every patient’s journey, from intake to ongoing care, is smooth, supportive, and compassionate.

With over five years of leadership experience as a Director of Revenue Cycle Management and Director of Operations, Krysta has dedicated her career to building strong teams, strengthening systems, and expanding access to specialized care. She brings integrity, compassion, and dependability to her work each day and is passionate about designing operations that make it easier for patients to receive the care they need and deserve.
