Dr. Kelly Paquette is a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in the treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, and life stressors. Her style is warm, collaborative, strength-based, and highly individualized.

Dr. Paquette uses a wide range of evidence-based treatment approaches, including CBT, DBT, and ACT, along with an emphasis on gaining insight and awareness into the underlying patterns affecting our relationships, behaviors, and emotions.

Dr. Paquette enjoys working with adults and currently sees patients virtually throughout the state of California.

In addition to her work as a clinical psychologist, Dr. Paquette is a certified yoga instructor and leads retreats throughout the world on the integration of yoga and mental health treatment.

Dr. Paquette is an avid believer in the importance of treating the whole person and the healing power of nature and social connection.

Before joining Helyx, Dr. Paquette spent over a decade with Kaiser Permanente in Northern California, where she developed robust treatment programs for both PTSD and depression.

Dr. Paquette completed her postdoctoral residency with Kaiser Permanente, her doctoral internship at the Loma Linda VA Medical Center, and her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Francisco.
