Dr. Britney Blair is a licensed clinical psychologist board certified in both behavioral sleep medicine and sexual health. She is a globally recognized speaker and author, with publications spanning both academic journals and popular media.
Dr. Blair serves as a Stanford sleep consultant and is adjunct faculty at Stanford University. As a serial entrepreneur, she has founded and successfully exited multiple ventures. She is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Science Officer of Lover, a digital therapeutic platform, and Co-Founder and President of Helyx Health, a statewide outpatient clinic serving patients across California.
Dr. Blair earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the PGSP–Stanford Psy.D. Consortium. She completed her predoctoral internship at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System and her postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University School of Medicine. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
