Dr. Alex Eichenbaum (he/him) is a licensed clinical psychologist who enjoys working with adults coping with anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and the impacts of surviving past traumas. He uses an integrative approach to therapy, employing evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral and mindfulness techniques to tailor treatment to your specific needs. Dr. Eichenbaum emphasizes a collaborative, strength-based approach that values and affirms each person’s unique identity and culture.
Dr. Eichenbaum works with adults of all ages via telemedicine across the state of California.
Dr. Eichenbaum earned his master’s and doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Washington State University. He completed his clinical internship in the Kaiser Permanente Addiction Medicine department in Walnut Creek, and his postdoctoral residency at Kaiser Permanente San Rafael. Dr. Eichenbaum received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Colorado.
